Preparing Before Surgery

Physical therapy can start before your surgery. Typically before you go in for your operation, your physical therapist will provide you with information about your injury and common effects post-surgery.

Your therapist will also give you a list of recommendations for how to prepare your home before your surgery and how to arrange help before your operation, so you can move around without hindering your recovery.

Simply put, we’re the fixers.

Whether we are the first physical therapists our patients have seen, or the last, our patients often feel relieved to have a professional that listens and works hard to find the root cause of pain. We’ve seen patients who have been misdiagnosed pre and even post-surgery as a result of miscommunication. We’re different because we help educate and empower our patients to advocate for themselves. We’re able to do this confident by being a part of their journey and spending the individualized time necessary to understand what is causing pain and restricting functionality.

If you’re interested in rehab, but prefer to pay without insurance, we offer simple and transparent cash prices.
